Using our cashless parking meters
How do I use the pay-by-plate meter?
- Walk up to the parking meter in the car park
- Tap the centre of the screen to wake it up
- Press Start and follow the on-screen prompts
- Enter your vehicle registration number
- Select how long you want to park
- Tap your card or phone to pay
- (Optional) Scan the QR code to download an e-receipt

How do I know I’ve paid correctly?
If your payment was successful, you’ll see a confirmation screen at the meter. Our systems automatically check vehicle registrations—there’s nothing else you need to do.
Do I need to display a ticket?
No. PriPark meters are ticketless. Your payment is linked to your vehicle registration, so there’s nothing to display on your dashboard.
What payment methods are accepted at meters?
Our meters accept contactless payments only, including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Most PriPark locations are 100% cashless.
How do I find my parking receipt?
If you scanned the QR code at the meter, download your receipt and save it on your phone Otherwise, visit www.myparkingticket.com.au and enter your vehicle registration and parking date.
What if I typed my number plate incorrectly?
Small, obvious typos are usually identifiable by our system. If you realise an error, contact PriPark on 1300 20 30 40 as soon as possible so we can assist.
What do I do if the meter isn’t responsive?
If the meter is temporarily unavailable:
- Use the Pay-Via-Phone app (details on site signage), or
- Call 1300 20 30 40 for assistance

How to use the EasyPark app for casual parking
How do I start a parking session?
- Download the EasyPark app (iOS or Android)
- Register your vehicle and payment details
- Enter the Parking Area Code shown on car park signage
- Spin the wheel to choose your parking time
- Press START to begin parking
- Press STOP when you return to end your session and avoid overpaying

Can I extend my parking remotely?
Yes. Open the EasyPark app and tap Extend while your session is active—no need to return to your vehicle.
How do I know I’ve paid correctly?
If your payment was successful, you’ll see an active session in the EasyPark app. Our systems automatically check vehicle registrations—there’s nothing else you need to do.
What payment methods are accepted?
EasyPark accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card details are stored securely and charged only for the time you park.
How do I get support for EasyPark?
EasyPark manages its own app support.

How do I apply for monthly parking?
Monthly parking applications are submitted online via the specific location page you wish to park at.
Find your preferred location here: www.priparksa.com.au/locations
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If any additional steps are required—such as collecting an access card or permit—we’ll clearly outline what to do next.

When will my credit card be charged?
You will only be charged once your monthly parking has been approved.
Monthly reminder emails are sent before billing.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. PriPark uses a PCI-certified payment gateway (PCI Service Provider Level 1), the highest security standard in the payments industry.
How will charges appear on my bank statement?
Most banks display charges as:
- PRIPARKSA, or
- PriPark (via PriPark)
What if I’m using a different car or my partner’s car?
You may add multiple vehicles to your account.
If you change vehicles, ensure the correct vehicle is selected in your booking:
My Account → My Bookings → Edit
How do I end my monthly parking?
Please submit your request in writing so we can process it correctly:

Where can I find monthly parking rates?
Current rates are published at:

Why can’t I see “My Bookings” in my account?
If you don’t see “My Bookings,” your monthly parking application may still be pending approval. Once approved, this option will appear automatically.

I received a parking notice. What should I do?

How do I dispute a notice?
Submit an appeal online at parkingcollectionservices.com.au.
Valid first-time appeals are often considered as warnings when lodged within the allowed timeframe.
Why do you enforce parking at all?
Enforcement ensures parking remains available for customers and businesses that rely on the car park. Without it, bays quickly become unavailable due to misuse.
How is parking monitored?
PriPark car parks are monitored using a combination of patrols and licence plate checks to ensure fair use of the site for all customers.
What happens if I don't pay my notice?
Additional charges may apply after the 21-day period if no contact is made.
We strongly recommend appealing or paying early to address your situation.

When do I pay for my parking?
All casual parking must be paid upon arrival in gateless car parks, using the advertised payment method (ie. meter or EasyPark).

What if I forgot to start my parking session?
Please call 1300 20 30 40 as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.
I returned early and overpaid—can I get a refund?
Refunds aren’t available.
To avoid overpaying in future, we recommend using the EasyPark app, which allows you to stop your session early.

Why does PriPark use cashless parking?

Do you offer EV charging?
Not currently. If you’re a regular parker, submit a request and we’ll assess future options
