If you are logged into your Account then Open the Side Menu, navigate to My Account and then select Settings. Press on the Edit details > Change Password section and follow the prompts to change your password.

You will receive an email with a link to a webpage that will allow you to enter a new password.

Or simply from the Login screen select Forgot your password

Log into your account by going to https://priparksa.ubipark.com

On the dashboard they will be able to use the “My Bookings” option to view your booking(s).

They can then follow the prompts to complete their booking.

Note: If you do not see My Bookings you will need to apply for MontHly parking and ensure you application has been approved

An end user has the ability to edit their own details. When they log into their account by going to https://priparksa.ubipark.com they can navigate to the top right hand corner for My Account

  1. Settings – Allows the user to update their name information and change their credit card details
  2. Payment History will show a table of all their purchases. They will be able to export this list or view details. They can also use this area to receive another receipt of their purchase.
  3. My Parking allows a user to investigate Car park that they have signed up for and view specific details.
  4. My Bookings allows a user to view their upcoming bookings and past bookings.
  5. The user is able to update the vehicles that are against their account. This helps with streamlining the booking process by auto filling the details.


Messages will provide a history of all emails that have been sent to the customer by the UbiPark system.

Settings to confirm your email details are correct. Alternatively check your JUNK or SPAM folder.

You can add multiple vehicles to your profile, but you MUST EDIT the Vehicle Details in your booking if you change vehicles again My Account > My Bookings > Edit

My Account > Settings Transactions is located in My Account. Here you can see a list of all of your past transactions. You can view a complete transaction history here when you login with the same account.

Registration, Payment and Credit Card

Yes, PriPark SA utilises a Payment Gateway that has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Most Banks display as: PRIPARKSA Other Providers PriPark (Via PriPark)

No, you will only be charged once your Monthly Parking Application or Monthly Parking has been approved, reminder emails are sent each month.

Any mobile number or landline can be accepted.
